SUPER FIT PROGRAM COMES TO FINN SISU THIS WEEKEND
CXC Team Vertical Limit athletes and coaches will assist area skiers with fitting equipment this coming weekend at Finn Sisu starting on Friday morning.

CXC Team Vertical Limit will have a stop with “Super Fit Program†this coming weekend at Finn SiSu, St. Paul, MN. The following athletes and coaches will be assisting you at Finn Sisu in addition to their expert staff:
Igor Badamshin - CXC Junior Development Program Coach and 1993 World Championships bronze medalist
Yuriy Gusev – CXC Executive and Athletic Director
Kristina Owen – CXC Team Vertical Limit
Kelly Chaudoin - CXC Team Vertical Limit and Gustavus Adolphus graduate
Scott Wilson – CXC Adaptive Program Director
“SUPER FIT†is a weekend educational and sale program featuring the unique high tech user friendly 3D pressure testing mat. Three days filled with seminars, presentations and store specials at local retail shops around the region.

3D Ski Flex Mat Testing – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Glide and Kick Waxing Seminar by Igor Badamshin – 4:00 pm
Saturday:
Free Dryland and Rollerski Technique Clinic – 8:00 am (meet in front of the store)
USSA Level 100 Coaches Certification Technique Clinic by Yuriy Gusev – 8:00 am (meet in front of the store)
3D Ski Flex Mat Testing - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
American Birkebeiner Presentation by Dennis Kruse – 2:30 pm
Optimal Training for Maximum Results Seminar by Yuriy Gusev – 3:00 pm
Sunday:
3D Ski Flex Mat Testing - 12:00 am to 4:00 pm
