Feel free to start adding a little more distance training in if you are looking forward toward another sport or another ski season. On the other hand, if ski racing is still the priority, then maintain distance training like in period 11 and maintain your focus on recovery and racing. Either way – take advantage of the skiing opportunities in springtime. They can be some of the best ski experiences of the year.
