CXC Team Vertical Limit is looking for both an assistant coach and a race support manager to work with post graduate, U23 and senior athletes.

CXC Team Vertical Limit Assistant Coach (Full Time)

Ideal candidate needs to have racing experience in cross country skiing at the elite level,  a degree in exercise physiology or a related field, and have coaching background with junior, U23 and senior athletes.

Main Job Responsibilities: recruit athletes; develop training, racing, and travel plans for athletes; monitor and adjust athletes' training plans; plan, organize, and coach athletic camps; provide race support and  make equipment selection; run community clinics.

CXC Team Vertical Limit Race Support Manager (Seasonal)

Ideal candidate needs to have racing experience in cross country skiing at the elite level, coaching background with junior, U23 and senior athletes, and good knowledge of a wide variety of waxes and their application procedures.

Main Job Responsibilities: ski preparation and waxing, equipment selection; race support at western SuperTours, US Nationals, American Birkebeiner, SuperTour Finals.
