“I was very impressed and thank all those that applied for our CXC Elite Assistant Coaching position.  We had a diverse group of qualified applicants with a wide variety of coaching experience.  The question that we felt we needed to answer was, ‘What candidate will complement our current staff the best?’  We think Gus Kaeding will be the best overall fit, and compliment the present staff the best.  Gus has a great personality and we feel his experience on the CXC Team Vertical Limit will be a strong asset,” – commented Bryan Fish, CXC Team Vertical Limit Head Coach

“I am very excited to be joining the CXC coaching staff.  I look forward to working with and contributing to a very talented coaching nucleus led by Bryan Fish.  Already I feel that Bryan and I will complement each other very well.  I hope to add a unique perspective as I was involved with the CXC Team Vertical Limit last year as an athlete.  My very recent elite racing experience should allow me to mesh with our athletes at a very comfortable level.  I look forward to doing everything within my power to put CXC Team Vertical Limit atop any and every podium!,” – shared Gus Kaeding.
