CURRENT MASTERS TEAM CHAPTERS:

Milwaukee/Dousman Chapter
You are welcome to come to any of the sessions to learn more about the program and try out our technique session. In this chapter members can attend any of the sessions in Milwaukee and Dousman.

9am, Saturday, December 11– Lapham Peak Park
9am, Saturday, January 8 – Lapham Peak Park
9am, Saturday, February 12 – Lapham Peak Park

Madison Chapter

Badger Prairie Park from 5:30pm to 7:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Monday – Technique Training/Agility/Balance
Tuesday – Short Intervals (MaxVO2)
Wednesday – Specific Strength/General Strength
Thursday – Long Intervals (AT)
