Community Olympic Deveopment Program (CODP) - REG Camp Recap

The 2010 Regional Elite Group Camp (REG) wrapped up this past Friday.  Training was an obvious highlight of the camp with skiers logging over 20 hours of training in the 6 days at Crest Hill Resort in Hayward, WI.  The athletes left this camp knowing that it's alright to set your goals high.  Having many of the CXC Team Vertical Limit athletes around provided for some exciting results in the Time Trials and Strength Assessment Tests. Thank you to all guest coaches from different clubs for coming to the camp and support their athletes.
