Olympic Day is a celebration for youth around the world to observe the Olympic values of Fair Play, Perseverance, Respect and Sportsmanship. It is also a day to celebrate the International Olympic Committee’s 3 pillars: Move, Learn and Discover.

Kids, youth and juniors! Come to the Olympic Day Celebration in Woodruff, meet Olympic athletes and actively participate in skill improvement games. Receive an Olympic certificate and a t-shirt for participation! 

Event Outline:

- Opening Ceremony 

+ Presentation on the importance of the event

+ Introduction of Olympians/Athletes

+ Overview of the event and activities 

+ Kickoff event with the National Anthem

- Activity and sports stations 

+ Olympian Meeting Station

+ Paralympic Station

+ Olympic Flag Signing Station

+ Biathlon Station

+ Nordic Skiing Station

+ Basketball Station

+ Cross Country/Track Station

+ Gymnastic Station 

+ Hockey Station

+ Swimming Station

+ Wrestling Station

+ Kickboard Art Contest

- Event Closing
