Tuesday Schedule
- 15 min Skate Dry-land Drills (position, push off, gliding)
- 60 min Skate Rollerski Drills (push off, gliding, ski plant, body position for V2, V1, V2 Alternate)
- 15 min Video Analysis

Wednesday Schedule
- 15 min Classic Dry-land drills (position, push off, gliding)
- 60 min Classic Rollerski Drills (push off, gliding, ski plant, body position for diagonal stride, double poler and kick double pole)
- 15 min Video Analysis

Directions
River Prairie and 10th Street / E. Wilson, Altoona
Take the River Prairie exit off the 53 by-pass (Exit 89) and head east on River Prairie (might turn into East Wilson Dr.) to 10th street. Instead of heading north up 10th St. W at the end of River Prairie / E. Wilson Dr., head straight into the circular parking area where we can park and meet for the clinic.
