CXC CLUB LIABILITY PROGRAM
Dear Club Director,
With active CXC CLUB MEMBERSHIP, your club members can qualify to receive discounted CXC BASIC MEMBERSHIP fees (see rates below) and a club can access the Liability Insurance Program for official club workouts.
Please find below a step by step process on how to access the CXC Club Liability Insurance Program for your members and coaches:
*Note: If your club is interested in the CXC Club Liability Program and already has the Basic Club Membership with CXC, please email membership@cxcskiing.org to request approval to participate in the program before proceeding with the steps below.

| Your club must have a minimum of 10 members to access the CXC Club Liability Program. |
| Fill out the "CXC CLUB LIABILITY PROGRAM FORM" and indicate day(s), time(s) and location(s) of your practices. |
| CXC Club Liability Program Form needs to be mailed to CXC along with all member/coach membership forms and a check to: CXC Skiing Membership Department - Club Memberships P.O. Box 930442 Verona, WI 53593 |
| As a CXC club your members receive discounted Basic Membership. J3/J4/J5 and Youth Membership - $5 per member OJ/J1/J2/SR Competitor Membership - $15 per member Individual Membership - $15 per member Coach, Instructor and Event Official Membership - $35 per member |
